Full-time Commissary Prep Cook
Fast-paced commissary kitchen seeking an experienced prep cook to join our team full time!!!
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years kitchen/prep experience
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized
- Knife skills and food safety knowledge required
- Experience with batch prep, labeling, and maintaining pars
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Responsibilities
- Vegetable prep, sauces, proteins, and deli production
- Keeping prep stations clean and organized
- Following recipes and prep lists accurately
- Assisting with inventory and kitchen organization
Schedule
Full-time availability required, including weekends.
The commissary kitchen for Belle's is located in Pasadena.
Hourly Pay $18 - $21 Tips are not included in this hourly pay but are included in the job.
