• The Village Italian Restaurant is hiring experienced bartender/server to join a team that takes hospitality seriously.

We are a neighborhood Italian restaurant with a loyal regular following, a rising busy weekend brunch, and a bar program built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. We're not punching cocktails out of a manual we're building drinks from what's actually in season, with herbs, citrus, and produce that change with the calendar.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar
• Comfortable working weekend brunch & full weekends, and holidays — this is non-negotiable, it's our busiest service
• Working knowledge of building seasonal cocktails from fresh ingredients (muddling, infusions,
• syrups, garnish work)
• Professional presentation and tone with guests, vendors, and the rest of the team
• Strong wine and spirits knowledge a plus — Italian wine familiarity is a bigger plus
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful of the room
