• Rise Woodfire Santa Clara is looking for an experienced Bartender / Server to join our team.
• This is a bartender-first position designed for hospitality professionals who are equally comfortable behind the bar and supporting the restaurant floor when needed.

On most shifts, your primary responsibility will be tending bar. However, there will also regularly be floor responsibilities depending on the shift and overall flow of the restaurant — including running drinks, helping support service, taking tables, and at times taking full stations when bar volume is lighter.

• We operate as one team, and our bartenders are expected to go where the action is while maintaining strong hospitality and urgency throughout the restaurant.
• We’re looking for team-oriented bartenders who enjoy being part of the overall flow of the restaurant and understand that great service is a full-team effort.
• Located in the Rivermark / North San Jose area, Rise Woodfire is a large, high-volume restaurant featuring two full bars, wood-fired cooking, energetic service, and a lively indoor/outdoor atmosphere.

Experience Required

* Minimum 2 years bartending experience

* Handcrafted cocktail experience required

* Serving experience required

* High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
