Executive Chef
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, service, inventory, ordering, sanitation, and overall kitchen organization
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Execute and maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate closely with ownership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and overall culinary direction
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards
- Create systems and structure for prep, recipes, pars, storage, and service flow
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork between FOH and BOH teams
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management of kitchen staff
- Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in an Executive Chef or Sous Chef role
- Experience with Japanese cuisine and/or Thai cuisine strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of seasoning, ingredient quality, knife skills, and refined presentation
- Experience in upscale, chef driven, or high volume restaurant environments required
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Professional attitude with a genuine passion for learning, hospitality, and guest experience

Floor Lead
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily FOH operations during service
- Lead by example through professionalism, hospitality, communication, and teamwork
- Assist with managing service flow, table maintenance, guest relations, and overall floor organization
- Help guide and support servers, hosts, bartenders, runners, and support staff throughout service
- Ensure guests receive attentive, polished, and memorable service from start to finish
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the restaurant
- Help manage reservations, seating flow, and VIP guest accommodations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Assist management with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and operational tasks as needed
- Address guest concerns professionally and proactively

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision
Manage bar tickets efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Support floor service alongside servers as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar and tools
Handle POS transactions accurately
Assist with inventory, restocking, and communicating shortages

Responsibilities
Support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked with necessary tools and products
Prepare and restock ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar equipment throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage areas, and service stations
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown
Remove glassware and support dish flow to maintain efficiency
Anticipate team needs and act proactively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain urgency while staying detail-oriented

Responsibilities
Prepare all batched ingredients, syrups, infusions, and garnishes to specification
Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistency across all beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage
Label, date, and store all prepared items in accordance with food safety standards
Ensure all prep is completed ahead of service
Assist with inventory tracking and communicate prep needs
Maintain quality control of all prepared components
Collaborate with bartenders and management on prep adjustments

Provide a warm and professional first impression for all guests
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
Coordinate with the service team to maintain smooth operations
Maintain organization of the host stand and entrance
